1999 Suzuki Vitara

I'm looking for 4 rims from a suzuki vintara. I need the the rims to be 15 X 6.5 with a 5x5.5 bolt pattern and 4.5" center hub opening.
It's for a '62 Willys wagon that was recently converted to disc brakes. The inside of rim must not have any taper.

Possibly a samarai or tracker also.
